Refunds & Returns

QR Composting Solutions aims to satisfy its customers and ensure that products purchased from us arrive undamaged and provide satisfaction. Just in case you're not happy with the goods you receive, we are more than happy for you to return our products for any reason within 30 days of purchase provided that it is returned, properly packaged and in the same condition it was received. We will then refund you in full including postage.

Please send us an email to let us know that you are returning goods. Please pack the goods carefully and return it by post using the same method it was sent to you. Please keep your receipt for the postage.

Cancellation prior to dispatch
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch and receive a full refund.

Cancellation after dispatch but before delivery
If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. When you receive them, please return them to us and we will refund the cost of these products.
